At POPFLEX®, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items with tags attached. Our goal is to ensure you find your perfect fit so you can focus on crushing your fitness goals.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size or color, a store credit with a bonus incentive, or a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags remain attached to the garments.

• 4.
  Ship and Relax

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new gear within 5-7 business days.
